Snow Shed Seasonal Rental Offer — Full Terms

1. Eligibility

This offer is available only to individuals who completed a seasonal rental with Snow Shed during the 2025/26 season.

• Eligibility is individual, not household-based. A parent, child, sibling, spouse, or other family member who did not personally rent from Snow Shed during 2025/26 is not eligible.
• Each eligible renter may redeem the offer once.
• A parent or legal guardian may complete the rental on behalf of an eligible minor.
• Eligibility is nontransferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or reassigned.

2. Verification

To redeem the offer, the customer must:

• Present the physical mailer, or the unique promotional code texted to the phone number Snow Shed had on file.
• Match an eligible renter on the customer list supplied by Snow Shed.
• Complete final in-store verification by the Sno-Haus Huntington team.

Photo identification

Photo identification is required for eligible adults. For a child, the parent or guardian must provide identification and confirm the child’s name and prior rental record.

Name discrepancies

A Sno-Haus Huntington manager may approve minor discrepancies — such as a child listed only under a parent’s account, a misspelled name, a married-name change, or a receipt showing a family purchase without identifying every renter — when the Snow Shed record clearly supports the claim.

Lost mailers or deleted texts

A replacement code may only be resent to the original phone number or mailing address appearing on the transferred Snow Shed customer record. Codes will not be sent to newly provided contact information without additional verification.

3. What the rental includes

Each eligible renter receives one free basic seasonal rental package:

• Adult or junior ski package: skis, boots, bindings, and poles.
• Adult or junior snowboard package: snowboard, boots, and bindings.

The package is based on the renter’s current size, not necessarily the category or size rented last year.

The offer does not include

• Premium or upgraded rental equipment.
• Helmets.
• Daily rentals.
• Merchandise, services, or other rental products.
• Cash, store credit, or credit toward purchasing equipment.

Customers cannot pay the difference to upgrade to a premium package.

4. Availability and expiration

• Equipment is subject to availability in the renter’s required size.
• Specific brands, models, years, colors, or styles are not guaranteed.
• Receiving a mailer or text does not reserve equipment.
• Sno-Haus may end the campaign before March 15, 2027 if its allocated basic rental inventory is exhausted.
• No rain checks or substitutions with upgraded equipment will be provided when basic inventory is unavailable.

5. Location

Every part of the promotion must be handled through the Sno-Haus Huntington location, including:

• Verification
• Fitting
• Pickup
• Size exchanges
• Equipment service related to the rental
• Final return

The offer cannot be redeemed or serviced at another Sno-Haus location.

6. Deposit

The seasonal rental charge is discounted to $0. The customer must pay a refundable security deposit equal to the regular price of the applicable basic seasonal rental package.

• Adult package deposit: $230
• Junior package deposit: $160

Deposit amounts follow our standard basic seasonal rental pricing — see rental pricing.

• The deposit is not a rental charge and does not make the equipment the customer’s property during the rental period.
• The deposit is refundable when all equipment is returned on time, complete, and in accordance with the Sno-Haus rental agreement.
• Approved deposit refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

7. Size exchanges

• Midseason size exchanges are permitted at Sno-Haus Huntington.
• Size exchanges are subject to available basic rental inventory.
• The offer does not guarantee the same brand or model when equipment is exchanged.
• Size exchanges only. Midseason switches from skis to a snowboard, or from a snowboard to skis, are not permitted.

8. Returns

Customers have two approved return periods:

• On or before March 15, 2027.
• From Sno-Haus Huntington’s September 2027 reopening date through October 15, 2027.

Sno-Haus Huntington may be unable to accept returns between March 16, 2027 and its September 2027 reopening.

9. Standard rental responsibilities

Participation requires the customer to sign the standard Sno-Haus seasonal rental agreement. That agreement governs:

• Loss or theft.
• Damage beyond ordinary wear.
• Missing pieces.
• Improper use or unauthorized modifications.
• Deposit deductions or additional charges, if applicable.
• Equipment care and return requirements.

10. Other promotional restrictions

• The offer cannot be combined with another rental discount or promotion.
• It cannot be applied retroactively to a completed rental.
• It has no cash value.
• An unused offer does not entitle the customer to reimbursement or store credit.
• Sno-Haus may deny redemption involving duplicated codes, altered materials, false information, or suspected fraud.
• Sno-Haus management has final authority over eligibility and campaign interpretation.
