What to expect
Step 1: Bring Proper Ski Socks
We do not provide socks for fittings. Proper socks are essential for comfort and performance. Bring your own ski or snowboard socks, or purchase a pair in-store.
Step 2: Check In at Our Kiosks
After check-in, when your name is called, our staff will guide you through a personalized fitting to ensure your gear is safe, comfortable, and mountain-ready.
Step 3: Gear Fitting and Adjustments
We take the time to explain your equipment, answer questions, and ensure everything fits perfectly - especially for first-time skiers or growing kids.
Timing Your Visit
The fitting process is quick and efficient, but arrive at least one hour before closing so our team has time to adjust your bindings and fit your gear correctly
Refundable Deposits
Like most rental shops, Sno-Haus requires a fully refundable security deposit, which is returned when the equipment is brought back in good condition.
Rental gear must be returned by March 15 of the current season or between September 1 and October 15 of the following season to avoid late fees. Returns after this date will forfeit the deposit. Seasons run September to March.
