Buy a helmet during the sale and take 20% off any goggles.
Sell your used skis, snowboards, boots, bindings, poles and bags on consignment. If it sells, you get 90% of the sale price back in store credit.

The Dot Sale is on now, with even more dotted gear for Columbus Day weekend. Find a colored dot on any price tag for gear, clothing and accessories, and the matching discount comes off at the register.

How the ski swap works
- Bring your used skis, snowboards, boots, bindings, poles or bags to any Sno-Haus store. Drop-off is open now through Friday, October 9, the first day of the sale. We don't accept clothing.
- Our staff will evaluate your gear and help you set a price. Pricing aggressively gives it a better chance of selling. Our staff may decline gear that isn't in good, safe condition for resale.
- Your gear goes on sale at the ski swap, October 9–12.
- If it sells, 90% of the sale price is added to your Sno-Haus account as store credit automatically.
- If it doesn't sell, we ask that you pick it up at the same store within a week of the swap, by Monday, October 19. Gear left after that is donated.

Questions
- What is the ski swap?
- It's a consignment sale for pre-owned gear. Sell the skis, snowboards and boots you or your kids have outgrown, and shop used gear at great prices. It's an easy way to outfit the whole family for the season.
- When can I drop off gear?
- Drop-off is open now through Friday, October 9, the first day of the sale, at all three Sno-Haus stores during regular store hours.
- What gear can I bring to the ski swap?
- Used skis, snowboards, boots, bindings, poles and bags. We don't accept clothing.
- Is there anything you don't accept?
- We don't accept clothing, helmets, goggles, base layers, socks, damaged gear, boots with worn-out soles, or bindings that no longer meet safety standards. Our staff may decline gear that isn't in good, safe condition for resale.
- How is my gear priced?
- Our staff will evaluate your gear and help you set a price. We recommend pricing aggressively if you want a better chance of it selling.
- What do I get if my gear sells?
- 90% of the sale price in Sno-Haus store credit, added to your account automatically.
- What if my gear doesn't sell?
- We ask that unsold gear be picked up within a week of the swap, by Monday, October 19, at the same store where you dropped it off. Gear that isn't picked up by then is donated.
- Which stores are having the sale?
- All three: Huntington, Greenvale and Hempstead.
- Are store hours different during the sale?
- No. All three stores keep their usual hours during the sale.
- Is the sale online too?
- No. This is an in-store event, and online prices don't reflect sale pricing.
