Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, including U.S. territories and APO/FPO military addresses. We don't currently ship internationally.

Shipping costs

  • Free shipping: orders of $99 or more ship free.
  • Standard shipping: $14.99 flat rate on orders under $99.
  • Express shipping: $49.00, available at checkout if you need your order sooner.

Your shipping options and charges are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During peak season and sale events, processing may take longer.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Sno-Haus isn't responsible for carrier delays.

Multiple packages

Some orders ship from more than one of our stores and may arrive separately, at no extra cost to you.

Skis, snowboards and larger items

Skis, snowboards and some bags may need additional handling time before they ship.

Free in-store pickup

Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order at our Greenvale, Hempstead or Huntington store. Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours. It may take longer during peak season or when the store is closed for the day, such as holiday closures (for example, Christmas Day) or scheduled closures (such as our Wednesday closures early in the season). We'll email you when your order is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID. Orders not picked up within 7 days may be canceled and refunded.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, email hello@snohaus.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Returns

See our Refund Policy for return windows and final-sale items. A Sno-Haus prepaid return label is available for a $10 flat rate, deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
